The reception girls were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The hostel's location was mind-blowing, right at the bus station and a short walk away from the central area with cozy bars, restaurants, and lovely boutique shops. Being close to the monkey hill was a jaw-dropping bonus. The Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly, and the rooms and linens were always clean.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't have been better as it was right next to the bus terminal which made it super convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or pick up any necessities. I was highly satisfied with my stay.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it a bit tiring to climb the stairs, especially for guests on higher floors.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was that the rooms were not automatically cleaned during the day, which I found a bit inconvenient. However, on the fifth day, they offered to clean our room upon request and provided new towels and bottled water.
